Congratulations to Pete Brookes winning the Presidents Trophy played on Sunday 15th August.
Pete shot a lifetime best round of 70 gross playing off 12 handicap for 47pts (11 under par). Well played Pete on a truly outstanding round of golf.
Runner up was Billy Forder with 42pts.
3rd place went to Cameron Ferguson who once again equalled our Course Record for the 2nd year running with a quite fabulous round of 66 shots, 41pts playing off 2 handicap which included 7 birdies.
One day soon the course record which has stood for over 25 years will be broken.

MIke Ward was the winner of our Rabbits Championship with a Gross 86. Well played Mike.
2nd Gross went to Pete Heath with a gross 88 and 3rd gross was Carl Jones with a Gross 91.
Best Net score of the day was Jamie Blogg with a net 67 narrowly edging our Steve Liddell on count-back also with a 67.

Our 2026 Captain, Brian Lowson won our August Medal with a great round of golf shooting a 79 gross off 20 handicap for a net 59. Some going is that Brian, well played.

The Trophy was won by Dave Parker and Dougie Bidgood with a quite remarkable score of 13 under par, net 57.

Congratulations to Sean Reilly winning the July Medal with a Net 64 in division 2. Runner up Oscar Pearson in division 2 with a Net 66.
Division 1 was won by James Hilton-Scott with a Net 65 closely followed by Callum Robertson with an excellent Gross 71, Net 66.
Division 3 honours went to Richard Brook with a Net 66 beating Jim Downing on count-back.

A big shout out to Greg Archer on winning our June Mid Monthly Stableford, played Wednesday 10th June.
Greg shot a fabulous score of 68 gross for 39 points winning the competition by a single point from runner up Adam Guildford.
Greg's round included 14 pars, 3 birdies, 1 double bogey and no bogeys. A subsequent handicap reduction followed, being cut to 0.8 handicap.

The winning score came in division 3 from Mandy Liddell carrying on her excellent run of form scoring a net 63. Closely followed by Jake Jennison with the same score in division 3. Mandy winning the medal on Count-back. Well played.
